Francis H. Hare Jr. “Of Counsel”
Attorney Francis H. Hare, Jr. is a highly respected Alabama litigator who has dedicated his career to product injury cases and working to advance product liability law in the state.
Mr. Hare has been in practice for nearly 60 years, since earning his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Virginia, one of the most respected law schools in the nation, in 1959. Mr. Hare has been an associate law professor at the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University since 1975. He also has held positions at the University of Alabama School of Law as the John Sparkman Distinguished Chairholder, Spring 1987, and University of Richmond School of Law as the George F.
